Fees and Cancellation Policy

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur full charge; this is to cover the cost of room hire and other related charges. If an appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice, then it will incur 50% of the charge. 

If for any reason, I am unable to attend the session due to sickness or an emergency event, I will give you as much notice as possible. In these situations, payment will be waived or else an alternative session will be arranged, where possible.

I will always try to give advance notice of any personal appointments or holidays where I will be unavailable.
